To register via our secure online Web site, please have your credit card ready. We accept American Express, MasterCard, or VISA. Registration fee includes a pre-conference institute; opening reception; exhibits showcasing cooperating organizations, stakeholders, and faculty publications exclusively; conference plenary and concurrent sessions; hand-out materials; and, continental breakfast (Monday and Tuesday) and lunch (Monday).

Take advantage of the $435 registration fee on or before December 1. After that date, we cannot guarantee acceptance. Your e-mail confirmation from your online registration and/or credit card will be your receipt. Registration credentials will not be mailed. Bring your e-mailed registration confirmation with you to easily obtain your name badge onsite.

For hotel registration, please use the accommodations link to reserve your room.

You may request a refund of your registration on or before Friday, November 5, 2010, less a $50 processing fee (to cover credit card transaction charges and administrative costs). After November 5, you may substitute participants, but would be ineligible for refund unless you advise our registrar of serious mitigating circumstances such a personal or family health concerns.

AP15 organizers are not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, parking fees, and optional events. We reserve the right to amend the conference agenda. No refunds will be given in these situations.
