Refunds: You may request a refund of your registration on or before Friday, March 1, 2013, less a $50 processing fee (to cover credit card transaction charges and administrative costs). After March 1, you may substitute participants, but would be ineligible for refund unless you advise our registrar of serious mitigating circumstances such a personal or family health concerns.
